EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES

• Rental is based on a monthly basis and a one month minimum is required.

• Payment is in advance via C.O.D., VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or company check.

• Security deposit is required in amount indicated and any missing parts or damage to the unit internally or externally will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Lessee must sign rental agreement.

• Any unique probes, coils, transducers, etc. are purchased in advance and are not returnable.

• All transactions are based on available stock.
